An Area 45 Assembly is a quarterly meeting of the Area General ServiceRepresentatives, District Committee Members, the Area Committee and the three Intergroup Chairs. Any A.A. Member can attend.

8:30am Registration begins
8:45am GSRs/DCMs Orientation program
10:00am Assembly begins. Committee mtg to follow.

Assembly meetings consider a variety of issues, from General Service Conference business to Area 45 problems and solutions.

Attendees at an Area 45 Assembly will hear reports from the Area panel. They will be informed of what type of service work is being performed by our Area committees and relay this information to their home groups.

GSRs have the responsibility to give their respective home group’s conscience on agenda items as they are discussed, debated and eventually voted upon on the assembly floor.
